Warland Investments Company is a family partnership which was formed in 1979 to develop, lease and hold investment grade commercial and industrial properties on land held free and clear since its acquisition in 1952. The local holdings consist of approximately 3.5 million SF on 200 acres within the master planned Cypress Business Park, one of the finest business parks in Orange County. The Company’s developments within the Cypress Business Park are known as the Warland/Cypress Business Center. Our size, experience and land resources permit the creation of a blend of light manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, research and development, office, multi-tenant and retail use within a single master land use plan.
